How AI describes you, not just whether it mentions you

Being named is only half of it. AI assistants form a tone about your brand, and we're building the layer that tells you whether it's helping or hurting.

Why sentiment is the next layer

Citanto already captures the answers AI assistants give about your category for citation tracking. Sentiment, classifying whether each answer describes you positively, neutrally or negatively, is a natural extension of that data, not a separate product. It's on the roadmap, and we'd rather tell you that than fake a screen.

Per engine, because tone differs

Each assistant draws on different sources, so the tone toward your brand can differ between ChatGPT and Perplexity. When sentiment ships, it will be reported per engine, the same way citation tracking already is, so you see where perception, not just presence, needs work.

Honest about what's live

Citation tracking, competitor analysis, the content engine and the audit are live today. Sentiment is in development. We mark it clearly rather than imply it's shipped, because a tool you can't trust on what it does isn't worth much.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI brand sentiment?

AI brand sentiment is the tone an AI assistant takes when it describes your brand: positive, neutral or negative. Because each engine draws on different sources, the same brand can be framed differently across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.

Is sentiment tracking available now?

Not yet, it's in development. We mark it clearly because Citanto is in early access and we don't present features we haven't shipped as if they're live. Citation tracking, competitor analysis, the content engine and the audit are available today.

Why build sentiment on top of citation tracking?

Because Citanto already collects the AI answers about your category to measure citations. Classifying the tone of those answers is an extension of existing data, which is why it's a natural next step rather than a separate tool.
